NU Water-Related Research by Legislative District

Introduction

Water research will play a big part in learning better how to solve Nebraska’s current and future water challenges. That is why the NU Water Center aims to connect NU water researchers with policy makers and the public. This site is intended as a tool for legislators, government officials and constituents alike, to use as an easy way to keep track of water-related research NU faculty members are conducting in each district, or to learn about NU water research that impacts each district. Here, you will find contact information for one or more of the researchers involved with listed projects, as well as links to more detailed information where appropriate.

To use the map, click on a legislative district to see a listing of NU water-related research being conducted in the district, or that has implications for that district. Each district-specific report is available in PDF format. The information on this map is being updated periodically. Please note that one report is available for the districts in the Lincoln and Omaha metro areas.
